Captains, Do you miss kickball yet? Do you wander around your home aimlessly on Sundays trying to figure out why you feel weird and empty inside? Before we hit hibernation mode, we would like to send out a few updates for everyone (please forward to teammates)…
1. If you wish to reminisce over the season, please check out this slideshow: http://www.oregonkickball.com/2007slideshow.html. for those who aren't familiar with Flickr, move your mouse right above where the slideshow is playing and this will bring up a toolbar where you can stop, pause, change playing speed (very key; it's set to every 5 seconds), etc. or even check out the photo gallery at http://www.oregonkickball.com/photos/main.php
2. We have the results in from the End of Season Survey and will distribute that information at the End of Season recap meeting (perhaps we will do a quick captain vote finalizing the 'easy' ones)
3. That End of Season Recap meeting will not happen until after Thanksgiving. Please stay tuned for meeting information.
4. We are still looking for volunteers for next season. We have some coordinator positions that need to be filled and other committee roles. Please contact your teammates and consider yourself for any of these opportunities. It would be wonderful to have a general idea going into the EOS Meeting who we can talk to about 2008. Please respond to this email with what you would like to do to help.
